In the case of the processing of personal data, which is based on the consent of data subjects for the purpose of sending commercial communications and for the purposes of other direct marketing activities of the online merchant.

2. LEGAL REASON FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The legal reason for processing your personal data is your consent given by this administrator in the sense of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter (a) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("the Regulation").
3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The purpose of personal data processing is to process your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator; when ordering, personal data are required, which are necessary for successful processing of the order (name and address, contact), provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract, without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract and perform it, sending business communications and other marketing activities.

4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the administrator is 15 years, but no longer than the revocation of your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose processing).

6.1. 6.2. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by the administrator. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal of consent.
